They would suggest us to do some excellent tummy exercise to reduce the fat inside the stomach. That would give the better shape on the tummy.     Losing belly fat requires a healthy diet and an exercise program. A weight resistance base exercise program works best. Unfortunately, most personal trainers are too focused on exercise and miss out on diet and other aspects of weight loss. I like your site and have subscribed to your feed.
